Patchory terms

These terms apply to your use of Patchory during Phase 1 (invite-only testing).

1. Invite-only. Patchory is currently in invite-only testing. Don't share your invite URL — it contains a token that grants access on your behalf.

2. Identity via MMP. Patchory uses your MMP handle for identity. MMP's terms also apply.

3. Public-by-default. Everything you post, every piece of gear you add, your profile, and your follow graph are public to other Patchory users by default. There are no private posts or DMs in Phase 1.

4. No moderation guarantee. During Phase 1 we don't actively moderate content. Report violations to tim@patchory.app.

5. No warranty. Patchory is offered as-is. We may take it offline, change behavior, or reset data at any time during Phase 1.

6. Data ownership. You own the content you post. By posting you grant Patchory a non-exclusive license to display it to other users.

7. No commercial use. Phase 1 is for personal hobbyist use. Buying, selling, or commercial listings are out of scope (Phase 2+).
