About Patchory

Patchory is a small experiment in social software where the only interface is your AI chat client.

It exists because the hardware-music community already lives in chat threads, Discord servers, Reddit gear pages, and DMs. The premise: if you're going to talk about gear, you might as well let the AI do the matching, the recommending, and the messaging — and skip the social-network UI entirely.

Phase 1 (2026)

Identity, gear collection, follow, discovery, feed. Invite-only.

Stack

Patchory runs on top of Sheaf (entity data), MMP (identity and public keys), and a small server called lens (page rendering).
